The business programme of the 4th ‘Territory of Energy Dialogue 2025’ Scientific and Practical Conference has been published on the event’s official website. This year, the conference will be included in the business programme of the Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Fuel and Energy Industry. Both events will take place on 15–17 October at Gostiny Dvor. The ‘Territory of Energy Dialogue 2025’ event will be held as part of the Russian Energy Week International Forum. The organizers of the conference are the Russian Energy Agency (REA) of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation, with the support of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
Cross-sectoral cooperation between science, business, and government will be the main theme of the conference. Sergei Tsivilev, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, and his deputies, Evgeny Lyapunov, Deputy General Director, Chief Engineer, Rosseti; Andrey Klepach, Chief Economist, VEB.RF; Dmitry Baidarov, Director of the Department of Support for New Businesses of Rosatom State Corporation; Irina Ganieva, Director, ANO Scientific and Educational Center Kuzbass; rectors of leading industry universities, and others will share their experience and vision of Russia’s scientific and technological development.
Issues pertaining to developing the international energy dialogue will be a key area of focus. Experts from the BRICS countries, ESCAP, and the CIS, as well as representatives of the UNECE and IRENA, will present jointly implemented projects and discuss global trends in the energy sector.

This year, the business programme of the conference is aimed at identifying the most effective mechanisms for interaction among all interested parties, ways to enhance scientific and innovative potential, rethinking approaches to science management, and preparing highly qualified engineering personnel. I am confident that through open and constructive discussions with leading experts, we will be able to find balanced solutions to improve the resilience of the fuel and energy industry,” noted Alexey Kulapin, General Director of the REA at the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
This
year, the conference’s business programme includes a record number of events.
All sessions are practical in nature, and cover current topics such as
efficient energy for smart cities, standardization in the oil refining
industry, innovations in the coal industry, and the application of artificial
intelligence in the fuel and energy industry. Conference attendees will also
have the opportunity to attend project presentations and pitch sessions.

the Conference and the Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Fuel
and Energy Industry at Gostiny Dvor are taking place simultaneously,
