Moscow, 26 August. – The business programme of the 4th ‘Territory of Energy Dialogue (TED)’ Scientific and Practical Conference has been published on the official website. The event will be held on 15–16 October as part of the Russian Energy Week (REW) International Forum at Gostiny Dvor in Moscow. The Conference is organized by the Russian Energy Agency of the Ministry of Energy of Russia and the Roscongress Foundation, with the support of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
“Over the years, the Conference has established itself as an authoritative platform for discussing pressing industry issues, sharing advanced expertise, and setting out development plans. In 2025, TED will for the first time be held alongside the specialized REW Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Fuel and Energy Industry, enabling participants to connect discussions with demonstrations of practical solutions. I am confident this will help shape effective approaches to achieving technological leadership in Russia’s fuel and energy industry,” said Alexey Kulapin, Director General of the Russian Energy Agency of the Ministry of Energy of Russia.
The main theme of the 2025 Conference will be “Sustainable Development of Russia’s Fuel and Energy Sector: Partnership between Government, Business, and Science”. The business programme will feature 19 events devoted to technological sovereignty, optimization of the innovation cycle, forecasting, standardization, digital transformation, and international cooperation in the fuel and energy sector.
The key event, the plenary session, will focus on the development of science, the introduction of energy innovations, and the conditions for innovation by companies in the fuel and energy sector.
International energy dialogue will be advanced through an informal meeting between Russian Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilev and the laureates of the Global Energy Prize, the annual meeting of the BRICS Energy Research Platform, and a panel session on Sustainable Energy Development in Northern and Central Asia.
The business programme will also include the presentation of the Energy Statistics Guide and the draft energy section of the Forecast of Russia’s Scientific and Technological Development to 2050.
A new feature of the conference will be pitch sessions showcasing pilot projects introducing innovative solutions in the power sector under the Energy Breakthrough industry programme, along with presentations by the winners of the nationwide competition for young scientists, Renewable Energy of the Planet 2025. The awards ceremony will also be held during the conference.
During REW (15–17 October), the specialized Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Fuel and Energy Industry will be open at Gostiny Dvor. It will feature displays from leading Russian manufacturers and developers, presenting real equipment, engineering solutions, and localized technologies across all areas of the fuel and energy sector. The exhibition will serve as a practical complement to the Forum’s and conference’s strategic discussions and will showcase the scientific and technological potential of Russian energy.
Attendance at the conference is free for listeners and participants, subject to prior registration on the website.
