Participants may access the event with a ticket (prior registration in the Roscongress personal account is required; the number of tickets is limited). You must pick up your tickets at the cultural programme stands at the Manege (15 October) or at the participant accreditation point (Museum of the Patriotic War of 1812, 14 and 15 October).
